  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure sourcing decisions meet business, technical, commercial, and compliance requirements

  • Manage Contract Manufacturer relationships, performance reviews, capacity, cost, service levels, and supply risks in partnership with internal stakeholders

  • Monitor supplier performance, market movements, cost trends, quality issues, and supply risks, escalating and mitigating issues as required

  • A commercially minded and proactive approach, with the ability to balance cost, quality, service, innovation, and risk across Direct Commodities and Contract Manufacturer relationships

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present sourcing, supplier, and commercial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels

  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams and external suppliers

  • An analytical and data-led mindset, with a natural ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

  • Strong accountability and the drive to manage multiple sourcing initiatives through to completion

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
