Hourly: PR:85-100 (billing rate 150-175) - there is flex around pay rate, but if this person converted, the salary would be around 150k
Hours: 40 hours (no overtime needed) - will need to be okay with working from coast-coast (covering EST. hours and also Isreal hours at times)
- About a 6-month contract-- no possibility to convert as of now

Job Location: remote - ideally sits on the east coast, needs to be open to occasional earlier calls to accommodate in PST and Tel Aviv

- First and most important they need to have run managed G&A/ Financial sourcing for a high-tech firm.
- Having experience negotiating SaaS - this role will not be dealing with SaaS - but down the road may be some assignments as needed basis
- Years of experience - at least 5+ yrs - someone who can step in and hit the ground running, take care of the work and fill the gaps. Doesn't need any hand holding to get them started
- KEY SOFT SKILLS:
- someone who is direct and not afraid to ask for help
- good time management and self- sufficiency
- Fast paced person who thrives in demanding workflows.
- GOOD PRESENTATION SKILLS-- this person will be communicating directly with the CFO weekly. Needs to be comfortable telling a story through numbers.
Job Details:
Day-to-day summary: managing all the intake of every request, reviewing the details, making sure the request is making it all the way through to contract to closing the deal itself, and responsible for commercial negotiations only- highly collaborative between legal and security as needed and communication back to business requestors

Must:
- 6-10 years of procurement experience, with expertise G&A, Finance & Facilities sourcing.
- Lead and support formal RFP/RFQ initiatives, including vendor evaluations, stakeholder coordination, scorecard development, and executive recommendation summaries
- Proven track record in managing G&A, financial, and facilities contracts.
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices, negotiations, and supplier management within the High-Tech Industry
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives
- high tech industry or SaaS industry experience
You will partner closely with leaders across the functions you manage, and collaborate with partners within the procurement ecosystem, including Corp IT, Legal, Security, FP&A and business owners / requesters. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, solid experience in enterprise software and SaaS agreements and services contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing & Procurement: Lead end-to-end sourcing for new purchases, renewals, expansions, and vendor transitions. Emphasis on G&A and Finance
- Deal Management: Monitor progress of assigned deals ensuring actions and follow-ups by Facilities, Security, Business Owners, Finance, and/or vendors.
- Negotiate & Execute Agreements: Partner with Finance Business Partners, Facilities Management, and Information Security to structure contracts, including pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and statements of work (SOWs).
- Supplier Management: Negotiate agreements, including pricing, licensing, SLAs, privacy, security, and commercial protections
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate cost tracking, contract compliance, and seamless approval and payment processes.
- Strategic Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements in sourcing decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and support formal RFP/RFQ initiatives, including vendor evaluations, stakeholder coordination, scorecard development, and executive recommendation summaries
- Executive Level Reporting: Present and support contractual terms and pricing through thorough analysis, benchmarking, and long-term ROI to an executive audience.
- Cross-Category Support: Assist with other procurement areas as needed.
