Sourcing Manager- Soft Goods Company: Gembah Job Location: Remote (Work from home), India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 1L1.5L a month Gembah is looking for a proactive, organized and hands-on Sourcing & Production Project Manager to manage end-to-end product sourcing and development projects with Indian manufacturers for our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard suitable Indian manufacturers; manage RFQs, costing, quotations and negotiations. Coordinate product development, material sourcing, sampling and revisions based on tech packs and client requirements. Manage multiple projects, timelines, production milestones and supplier follow-ups. Work closely with factories, designers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee sample approvals, quality coordination, production progress, dispatches and project updates. Requirements Strong experience in Apparel and Home Textiles sourcing, product development and production management. Good understanding of Indian manufacturing capabilities, supplier networks, materials, costing and production processes. Ability to independently manage vendors and projects from initial sourcing through final shipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills. Comfortable coordinating with US-based clients and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and project management tools. Experience in Accessories and Leather Goods sourcing and production is an added advantage. Compensation: 100,000.00 - 150,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote .
