"Sourcing & Procurement Services - Supply Chain Analytics & Planner "

Job Description

· Seeking an experienced ODM Materials Manager to own end-to-end material readiness, supply execution, and production support across ODM manufacturing partners for complex technology hardware programs.

· This role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, driving build commitments, managing CTB processes, mitigating material risks, and aligning ODM planning and procurement teams to support high-volume manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end material readiness and supply continuity for assigned ODM partners.

· Lead Commit-to-Build (CTB) reviews and ensure material availability against production plans.

· Drive ODM accountability for build commitments, supply constraints, and recovery actions.

· Align MRP planning between internal demand forecasts and ODM material planning systems.

· Manage complex multi-level BOMs and develop mitigation strategies for material shortages.

· Conduct business reviews with ODM planning and procurement teams.

· Monitor inventory health, E&O exposure, and material lifecycle transitions.

· Partner with procurement, engineering, logistics, NPI, and operations teams to resolve supply constraints.

· Provide executive-level reporting on material health, supply risks, and recovery plans.

Required Skills

· Experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing Operations, or ODM Program Management within the technology hardware industry.

· Direct experience working with ODM planning, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

· Hands-on ownership of material readiness, build commitments, CTB reviews, and supply continuity.

· Strong expertise in MRP systems, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.

· Experience managing complex multi-level BOM structures.

· Experience in high-volume technology hardware manufacturing environments.

· Proven ability to manage supply risks, escalations, and recovery plans.
