Summary
Lead and execute regional sourcing projects, drive the adoption of digital sourcing tools and automation, ensure compliance and governance, and support sustainability and procurement excellence initiatives.
What you´ll do Lead and execute sourcing projects across regional categories and countries, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder requirements. Drive the consistent adoption of digital sourcing tools, processes, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and spend visibility. Ensure full compliance, documentation, traceability, and governance for all sourcing activities and sourcing events. Collaborate closely with regional category teams and suppliers to leverage category expertise, resolve challenges, and support sourcing strategies. Manage and support regional non-sourcing initiatives, including sustainability programs, corporate projects, and strategic procurement topics. Contribute to financial and business objectives by advancing digitalization, spend management, sourcing automation, and procurement excellence. Champion sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating responsible sourcing practices and actively supporting Henkel’s culture of inclusion and belonging.
