We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager / Supplier Negotiation Specialist to join our team. This position will play a key role in managing strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supply chain performance in a fast-paced aviation environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for aviation parts, materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, warranties, and service-level agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company, aviation, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
- Lead cost-reduction and value-improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze requests for quotations, bids, proposals, and supplier comparisons.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, finance, and leadership teams.
- Resolve supply disruptions, shortages, quality concerns, and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records, contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier documentation.
- Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain continuity.
- Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with applicable aviation standards and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, savings, risks, and sourcing activities.
