Sous Chef

Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000/Month

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations
• Supervise food preparation and presentation
• Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene standards
• Train and manage junior kitchen staff

Requirements

• Culinary certification or diploma
• 3+ years' experience in a busy restaurant or hotel
• Knowledge of continental and African cuisines
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
