Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join an exclusive luxury property group and travel company in Kenya.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional with strong luxury hospitality experience who enjoys working in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for discerning international guests.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Sous Chef experience within a luxury lodge, hotel or high-end hospitality environment
  
• Strong knowledge of fine dining and international cuisine
  
• Ability to assist with menu development and daily kitchen operations
  
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and training kitchen teams
  
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and cost control
  
• Ability to work efficiently in remote and fast-paced hospitality environments
  
• Passionate about creating memorable guest dining experiences
