We’re looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a well-established, high-volume pub/restaurant in Clitheroe. This is a busy site serving a traditional British menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a fresh food, high-volume kitchen
• Confident supporting and deputising for the Head Chef
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for fresh, high-quality produce and classic British cuisine
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Commitment to hygiene, food safety and consistency
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
