Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen position.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, portion control, and inventory management.
• Ability to maintain food quality and consistency while working
