About the Role

YellowDoor Hotels is hiring a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering consistent food quality, safe kitchen operations, controlled waste, and an accountable team across the hotel’s food services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily preparation and service across four hotel food outlets.
• Supervise 1–5 kitchen staff and address performance gaps fairly.
• Maintain consistent portions, presentation, and menu execution.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work on-site with rotating shifts, including weekends.
