A Caseload Designed for Quality Care
We believe BCBAs should have the time and resources to provide high-quality clinical care.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions

Provide parent and caregiver training

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements

Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members

Participate in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training
