Summary
South Star is seeking a dedicated Receivables Support Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient customer service-driven collections, conducting billing analysis, and resolving payment-related issues. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to manage a portfolio of U.S.-based customers, focusing on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute daily/monthly performance reports.
- Review daily payments and conduct payment investigations.
- Monitor online payment transactions and support company bill pay center.
- Produce and present monthly performance reports for the bill pay center.
- Assist with outside collection placements.
- Support the Receivables VP, Director, and the team as needed.
Required Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in report design and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation, while also thriving in a team environment.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).
- At least 2-5 years of experience in collections, finance, and/or customer service.
