Required Availability: Weekends & Weekdays, Opening (6:15a-12:15p) & Closing (12:15p-6p),

Retail Team Member Position Details:
What You'll Do as a Retail Team Member
- Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience.
- Greet customers and engage in friendly, fun, and positive interactions.
- Package in-store, online, and delivery orders with accuracy and aesthetic presentation.
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks, coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all products, including donuts, beverages, and allergy information.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, completing daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
