Spa and Sauna Attendant

KBR is looking for spa & sauna attendant – 2 posts (female) for a client to be based on Qatar site.

Spa and sauna attendants ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for members within the framework of the club rules.

Experience & education required:

• Shall have three (3) years of previous hospitality in spa (sauna, steam) experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (English is required), customer service orientation, and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Course certificate in basic first aid and CPR.
• Professional appearance, attentive to guest needs.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Clean and disinfect shower areas, lockers, treatment rooms, and wet areas (sauna, steam).
• Greet guests, provide tours of the facilities, and escort them to treatment.
• Ensure adequate supplies of towels, robes, toiletries, and amenities in locker rooms and lounges.
• Monitor sauna and spa equipment functionality, promptly reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with sanitation policies and enforcing safety protocols.
