Spa Attendant

As a Spa Attendant at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our spa by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa, hospitality, or luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
