SPA FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Join our Spa team and be the first impression of an exceptional guest experience.
We are looking for a warm, polished, and service-focused Spa Front Desk Receptionist to welcome our guests and members and help create a seamless, relaxing experience from arrival to departure.
In this role, you will:

Greet and warmly welcome guests and members.

Schedule and manage spa appointments and packages.

Check guests in and out and assist with locker access.

Answer questions and provide knowledgeable information about spa services, treatments, amenities, and products.

Assist with retail sales and spa transactions.

Support daily opening, closing, cleanliness, and organization of the spa.

Maintain a professional, attentive, and welcoming environment.
What we're looking for:
A friendly, polished hospitality professional with excellent communication and organizational skills who can multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence. Spa, hotel, or retail experience is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
