Spa Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Ensure all spa policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Manage and supervise the spa team to achieve operational excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate spa employees.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when required.
- Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, treatments, pricing, promotions, and retail products.
- Assist with monthly inventory, product ordering, and stock control.
- Monitor product usage to minimize waste and control operational costs.
- Ensure all spa equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Monitor daily revenue and support initiatives to achieve financial targets.
- Promote retail sales and upselling opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.
- Perform opening and closing Manager-on-Duty (MOD) responsibilities.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support the Spa Director in achieving departmental goals and complete any additional duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort spa.
- Languages: Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests.
- Training & Certifications: Professional training in spa operations, customer service, leadership, wellness, or hospitality management is preferred. Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards is required.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and spa/property management systems (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft, or similar).

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, retail operations, and luxury service standards.
- Experience in budgeting, payroll, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue generation strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
