Spa Manager- Fairmont Agra
- Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals and key performance indicators
- Assist in the development of the spa's standard operating procedures and policy relating to safety and emergency procedures. Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adherence to the policies
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise spa staff members, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service standards and professional development opportunities
- Meet with group meeting planners to showcase spa facilities and programs. Promote and sell customized spa packages and wellness programs to conference groups and corporate clients as required
- Provide and take responsibility for the professional delivery of all information via emails, telephone, and in person to all potential spa guests and corporate partners
- Work with the Marketing and Communications department regarding all aspects of spa promotions, digital presence, and brand positioning. Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and public relations programs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offerings, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques to identify market opportunities
- Monitor scheduling of all services and special programming to optimize resource allocation and maximize revenue generation
- Establish and maintain professional business relationships with all vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Review purchase requisitions and forward to Director of Rooms for approval, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines
- Review and approve all invoices before payment, verifying accuracy and adherence to contracted terms
- Manage spa budget and financial performance, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock management and waste reduction
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements specific to spa operations and guest wellness
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Spa & Wellness Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
- Minimum 7-8 years of progressive management experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations, including budgeting, staffing, and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop spa professionals
- Excellent sales and business development experience, with demonstrated ability to promote wellness programs and secure corporate partnerships
- Proficiency in financial management, including budget forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests, staff, vendors, and corporate clients
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance requirements in spa operations
