- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality
- Strong guest service and communication skills

- Required certifications/licenses for therapist positions
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:
The Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa. Managing the spa's finances, employees and services, ensuring the business achieves the projected revenue and profits, making sure guests enjoy an excellent quality service at every stage of their spa experience.
