About the Role: At QT, we believe in the unexpected and unrequested, and our spa is no exception. As Spa Manager at QT Sydney, you’ll create a sanctuary where guests can slow down, switch off and leave feeling restored. You’ll lead and develop a team of Spa Therapists to deliver warm, professional treatments, and bring your passion for health and wellness to a leadership role with a clear commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine the guest journey through the spa, ensuring all procedures, standards and systems are clearly defined and trained
Recruit and develop Spa Therapists to deliver a high-class wellness, health and beauty experience
Create and deliver a strategic plan to meet a stretch budget across product sales and treatments
Implement timely yield management plans in line with business peaks and troughs
Ensure the spa atmosphere and physical environment provide a haven of tranquillity, relaxation and calm
Monitor local competitors and stay current with global health, wellness and beauty trends to keep treatments and product usage on trend

What You’ll Bring

A diploma or similar qualifications in beauty therapy qualification or Spa management.
Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry, in both an operational and managerial capacity
Great communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your day
Current First Aid Certificate (an advantage)
Experience delivering a high level of guest experience.
