- SELL OUR MEMBERSHIPS, GIFT CARDS, AND DERMALOGICA! — memberships to first-timers + upgrades for returning members and gift cards and retail products.
- Make every guest feel welcome (in person + over the phone). They need to know how happy we are that they have chosen us.
- Help guests schedule an elevated service with the right therapist
- Consistently crush your sales goals (and celebrate when you do!)

- Proven sales experience — you are energized by guests trusting your recommendations and closing sales! …and aren’t shy about it.
