Requirements:

• Previous experience in a spa, hotel or luxury hospitality reception role
  
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
  
• Professional, well-presented and organised
  
• Strong administrative and computer skills
  
• Experience with spa booking or reservation systems is advantageous
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
