Position Summary
Drive sales of treatments, service packages, and skincare products in Delray Beach, FL. Lead and develop the in-spa sales team while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic upselling techniques for treatments and skincare packages

• Track individual and team sales performance and provide actionable feedback

• Coach team members to improve sales outcomes

• Ensure exceptional client experiences at all times

Work Schedule
