The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a professional, relaxing, and safe experience while complying with the hotel’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
Spa Treatments and Guest Service
- Perform professional spa treatments in accordance with approved treatment protocols and service standards
- Conduct guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and any contraindications
- Ensure a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for all guests
- Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in line with established guidelines.
Teamwork and Professional Conduct
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations
- Attend required training sessions related to treatments, IMS/FSMS, and health & safety
- Maintain professional behavior, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.
Hygiene, Health Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Report hazards, incidents, or non-conformities immediately
- Promote environmentally responsible practices, including water, energy, and product usage.
