Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and body treatments in accordance with established standards and procedures;
• Ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing experience for all guests;
• Assess guests’ needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations;
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition;
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience;
• Adhere to scheduled appointment times and maintain an efficient daily workflow;
• Build positive relationships with guests through attentive and personalized service;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times;
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Preferred qualifications

Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent

Language Preference: Fluency in Serbian and English

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
