- Perform various spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness treatments.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each service.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and equipment.
- Diploma, certificate, or formal training in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field
- Relevant spa or massage therapy certification/license, where required
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic facial, body scrub, and body treatment procedures
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hotel team
