Summary
Provides spa treatments, maintains cleanliness, and handles customer service in a Singapore-based spa facility.
- Deliver a variety of spa treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of therapy rooms, equipment, as well as inventory of products.
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
- Provide assistance in running of spa workshops.
- Assist in all reception duties as and when required.
Key Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
- Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Basic level computer skills
