Possess relevant certificate/s from ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent will be an added advantage.

· Minimum 1 years’ experience /tcm expericence also welcome

· Positive attitude and personality

· Dedicated with desire to strive towards excellence

· Highly motivated with good insight of customer service.

· Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays OT if required
