Responsibilities
- Perform foot massage techniques to provide relaxation and therapeutic benefits to clients
- Apply body massage skills to relieve muscle tension and enhance client well-being
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth spa operations and deliver excellent customer service
- Adapt to work schedules including weekends and public holidays to meet client demand
- Communicate clearly in English to maintain a professional and efficient working environment
- Maintain a non-smoking and non-drinking environment to uphold spa hygiene and safety standards
- Demonstrate a friendly and approachable attitude to enhance client experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in the spa or massage industry
- Education level is optional and not required for this role
