We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa & Wellness Manager to lead an exciting new chapter in the wellness journey of Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel.
Based in Rio de Janeiro, this leadership role will oversee the launch and operation of a new world-class wellness destination, while shaping a holistic wellness strategy that integrates spa, fitness, movement, wellbeing, nutrition, and transformative guest experiences.
This is a rare opportunity to build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary team while delivering exceptional experiences aligned with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional who brings:
- Proven leadership experience in luxury spa and wellness environments
- Experience in pre-opening projects and facility launches
- Strong commercial and operational expertise
- A passion for wellness, innovation, and guest experience excellence
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
