Te Tūranga – About the Role
This is a fixed-term role for approx 10 months supporting the team during an exciting project execution! You’ll play a key role within a small team who have direct influence of how our customers experience our stores! We are focused on making shopping easier, more enjoyable and more relevant.
You will be involved with:
  • Helping to coordinate strategic projects within the Space & Range Team
  • Manaing of project plans, actions, risks and stakeholder communications
  • Supporting trial stores, space planning initatives and improvement programmes
  • Preparation of reporting, presentations and project documentation
  • Working across Merchandising, Stores, Property and IT teams
  • Helping to drive projects from concept through to successful implementation
He kōrero mōu – About You
We're looking for someone with project management or coordination experience first and foremost. You may have a background or strong interest in floor planning, store design, planogramming, visual merchandising, retail operations, or customer experience - that would be ideal!
You’ll bring a curious and proactive mindset, a passion for FMCG, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a supermarket or similar retail environment would be great.
To succeed in this role, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You'll have strong analytical skills, confidence working with data and Excel, and the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
