Your responsibilities:
- Assist business clients with questions and technical issues
- Troubleshoot account and operational problems
- Provide accurate information and tailored solutions
- Support customers through phone, email, and/or chat
- Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards
Your profile:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Experience in digital marketing and paid campaign management
- AdTech customer service or contact centre experience
- Understanding of social media and digital advertising
Lisbon, Portugal | On-site
Rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights, with two rotating days off.
No relocation support is available.
