Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join the team supporting Booking.com in Greece and help travellers from around the world enjoy seamless travel experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general account-related questions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

Requirements

· You must have a C1/C2 level of Spanish, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

· Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

· You must have a valid EU passport.

· You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
