Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Advisor | Porto or Lisbon

We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist customers in the hospitality industry, providing support via phone, chat and email. Candidates from Latin America are welcome to apply.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues;
• Investigate problems and provide accurate responses;
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary;
• Handle complaints and help resolve disputes between users;
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

• Spanish – C2 level;
• English – B2 level;
• High school diploma;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required;
• Good communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Working conditions:

• 40 hours/week;
• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with 24/7 coverage;
• Office-based work in Porto or Lisbon;
• 22 business days of annual leave;
• Open-ended contract;
• 30-day probation period.

Salary & benefits:

• Base salary: €945 gross/month;
• Performance bonus: up to €120/month, based on KPIs, applicable from the fourth month;
• Meal allowance: €8.50 per day worked;
• Christmas and holiday bonuses, each equal to one month's base salary;
• Health insurance after 6 months of employment.

Relocation support:

• Up to €200 reimbursement for travel expenses, paid after 3 months upon presentation of a receipt;
• €360/month accommodation support for 3 months, reimbursed at the end of each month;
• Assistance with temporary accommodation and finding permanent housing;
• Relocation support available for EU citizens.
