We are hiring a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to support customers using innovative diabetes management devices. You will help users by phone and email in Spanish and English , providing guidance, reassurance, and support with products, documentation, orders, and shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
• Provide clear and empathetic support regarding medical device products
• Assist with product usage and customer service issues
• Deliver a professional and supportive customer experience

Mandatory Profile:

• Spanish language at a native level
• English language at a B2 level
• Strong communication and empathy
• Customer support mindset
• Comfortable with phone and email support

What We Offer:

With company apartment:

• Base salary: €776 gross/month
• Allowances: €283.34/month
• Apartment benefit: €200/month
• Total package: €1259.34 gross/month

Apartment without company:

• Base salary: €1061 gross/month
• Allowances: €330.83/month
• Total package: €1391.83 gross/month

Additional Details:

• Location: Lisbon
• Contract: 12-month contract, with possibility of permanent employment after 2 years
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage
• Training compensation: €18.56 gross/day or €92.80 gross/week
• Work model: On-site
