Spanish speaking HSE Coaches & Trainers

We are looking for experienced HSE Coaches and Trainers based in Mexico.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- At least 10 years of experience in the Mining industry in Mexico

- Extensive experience in HSE coaching and training

- Fluent in Spanish and English

- Good organisational and communication skills

- Based in Mexico

You would need to be proficient in the following:

• Frontline Safety Leader Coaching
  
• Leader Routines
  
• Individual Leader Planning and Recording
  
• Core Safety Leader Processes include:
  
• Pre-Start Meetings
  
• Risk assessment reviews and task planning
  
• Field Interactions – CCVs, Pre-Task Hazard Assessments, Wellbeing discussion, risk discussions, “work as done” discussions
  
• Incident management
  
• Learning from events
