In this role, you’ll provide outstanding support via chat, email, and phone for customers in the travel and booking sector. You’ll handle queries, reservations, and adjustments, ensuring every customer experience is smooth and positive.

You’ll also enjoy a structured onboarding program, including a six-week nesting period with guided coaching to set you up for success.

Your Role
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments.
Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication.
Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights.
Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
