Join the E-commerce Operations & Consumer Service team at Peak Performance and help us extend the life of our products through best-in-class aftersales support.

As a Spare Parts & Aftersales Coordinator you will play a key role in managing spare parts operations, supporting warranty and consumer inquiries, and driving continuous improvements that enhance both customer satisfaction and product longevity. You will collaborate closely with teams across Quality, Sustainability, Retail, E-commerce, B2B, and external partners to deliver exceptional service experiences

The position is part-time, 16 hours per week, and based at our headquarters in Stockholm. The role reports to the Consumer Service & E-commerce Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spare parts requests and dispatches for tailors, stores, franchise partners, and consumers, ensuring timely and accurate handling

  • Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory, sourcing processes, and related systems to ensure efficient stock management

  • Provide Level 2 consumer support related to product information, warranties, claims, repairs, and order inquiries

  • Drive improvements within spare parts, warranty, and claims processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support product quality and aftersales initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience within retail, customer service, aftersales support, warranty management, or spare parts operations

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an advantage.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Centric is a plus

  • Strong organizational, time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
