The company is a specialist in providing electrical services to the hospitality, sector in areas such as fits outs, design/creative,
servicing, equipment, spare parts and more. Being highly regarded within the industry for their professionalism, reliability, and
dedication to the industry, they have grown their operations are are now seeking to employ a Spare Parts & Technical Support Officer.

Responsibilities include:
- Parts interpreting.
- Handling customer parts enquiries and
technical support enquires via phone and email.
- Providing instruction or parts manuals
as required.
- Invoicing customer spare parts orders.
- Dispatch customer orders and coordinating
with couriers.
- Ordering spare parts from suppliers.
- Reporting and stock take as directed.
- Forecasting Part Requirements.
- Warehouse management.
- Liaising with all departments of the
company, including tradesmen and management.
The Ideal Candidate…
The ideal candidate will have excellent
written and verbal communication skills, along with solid administrative/
computer skills (Office Suite) and be highly organised with a high attention to
detail. Having a mechanical understanding of parts is a pre-requisite for securing
the position, however further training is provided. Further to this the ideal candidate will
have:
- An ability to read and interpret spare
parts and spare part drawings.
- Be reliability, flexibility, and have a
willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and management of
customer follow-ups.
- Previous spare parts interpreting
experience or an understanding of parts is required.
- A can do' attitude and happy to assist
with other areas of the business as required.
- Must be able to work within a team.
The Benefits...
The company is offering a starting base salary of around $70,000
(negotiable on experience) plus superannuation, with a three-month salary
review. This is not your normal parts interpreter role, being a small business,
they are looking for someone who is driven and wants to be involved with all
aspects of the business.
