A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Specialist, Operations in Salamanca.
This position will be part of the Operations team, supporting the execution of key projects and initiatives within the plant. The selected person will collaborate with different areas and external suppliers to ensure project progress, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the correct coordination of associated activities.
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, and innovation to carry out the following:
- Participate in the design, development, execution, and commissioning of projects in an industrial environment.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams, contractors, and external suppliers.
- Support the planning and monitoring of work related to facilities, equipment, and processes.
- Collaborate in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and internal company procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of documentation and technical specifications.
- Participate in risk analysis and management activities associated with projects.
- Provide support for the administrative management of projects, including tracking orders and invoicing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the correct execution of activities and the achievement of established objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
What skills you will need:

- Technical or scientific training, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in industrial, operational, or project environments.
- Ability to coordinate different activities and manage multiple priorities.
- Planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Interest in continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
- Good communication skills.
- A level of English suitable for working in an international environment.
