Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Spanish and English-speaking Customer Support Agent for an exciting B2B support opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal.
You'll help business clients resolve technical and operational issues, answer platform-related questions, and deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Experience in paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing
- Familiarity with social media and digital advertising
- Previous customer service experience in an advertising technology environment
- A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
On-site in Lisbon
Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, including nights
Two rotating days off
Relocation support is not provided.
