Special Education Resource Teacher - Part-Time

St. Gabriel the Archangel School is seeking a Resource Teacher, beginning January 2027. Partnering with parents in their role as primary educators, St. Gabriel the Archangel School extends the mission of the Church in forming true disciples of Jesus Christ. Through a Catholic Classical Liberal Arts education centered on Christ, we provide an integrated approach fostering a love for truth, beauty, and goodness. The Resource Teacher acts as a liaison between principal, classroom teachers, and families to support student learning needs. This role includes direct instruction, intervention, and coordination of student intervention plans. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an inclusive Catholic learning environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. The Resource Teacher may take on special assignments and duties as assigned by Principal. The teacher serves as a role model of the Catholic faith and supports the mission and vision of the school and the Diocese of Kansas City–St. Joseph.
