About the Role

Hello, Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers to support students in Boulder, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. Opportunities are available in both Autism Intensive and Resource settings, with placement options based on your experience and preferences. You’ll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create supportive learning environments while working with a collaborative district and a therapist-operated team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Provide specialized instruction based on student learning goals
• Create structured, supportive classroom environments
• Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies
• Maintain progress reports and compliant documentation
• Adapt curriculum and incorporate resources to support student success
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Flexible Team Player
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• 1 Year of School Based Experience, preferred
