Special Educator
Assess student needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning abilities.
Provide specialized instruction and modify curriculum to support academic, behavioral, and social development.
Implement behavior management strategies and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress and adjust interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with special education guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid teaching license/certification in special education (as required by region).
Knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and inclusive teaching strategies.
Ability to design and implement IEPs and individualized interventions.
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
