  • Assess student needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning abilities.

  • Provide specialized instruction and modify curriculum to support academic, behavioral, and social development.

  • Implement behavior management strategies and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress and adjust interventions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with special education guidelines.



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

  • Valid teaching license/certification in special education (as required by region).

  • Knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and inclusive teaching strategies.

  • Ability to design and implement IEPs and individualized interventions.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
