• S$3,500 + AWS (1 month) + Variable Bonus (up to 2.5 months)

• Rotating shift (every 2 weeks):

  • 7:30AM – 7:30PM (Day Shift)

  • 7:30PM – 7:30AM (Night Shift)

• Work pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off

Job Responsibilities

As a Special Process (Thermal Spray) Technician, you will be responsible for performing precision coating and surface treatment processes for high-performance engine components.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair

• Carrying out blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other related surface preparation processes

• Following work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent task execution

• Maintaining product quality, equipment care, and production output targets

• Ensuring proper housekeeping and adherence to production schedules

• Complying strictly with all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations

• Reporting any unsafe conditions or practices immediately

• Supporting other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant working experience

• Able and willing to work rotating shifts (day and night)

• Ability to follow structured work instructions and production processes
