Special Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a productive report to Supervisor timely
• Commit to reach target that was set by Manager.
• Support all concerns and issues other department are facing
• Keep a good relationship to work with technicians and sales
• Keep updating with all event with Marketing team
• Translate the training materials from English to Khmer.
• Develop the training material and video for sales and technicians.
• Support Marketing Department to produce the advertisement videos
• Write video scripts

Education Knowledge and Requirements

• Study the technology of agriculture equipment
• At least 2 years’ experience with agriculture equipment
• Study engine technology, hydraulic system, and electrical system
• Mentoring, Coaching and Performance Management
• Be good English, Verbal and Written Communication
• Planning and Organizing
• Listening, Understanding and Responding
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience with others
• Enjoy long-life leaning
