Accountabilities:

  • ​Execute alumni initiatives to drive early engagement with graduating students and sustain engagement across alumni segments, building affinity and connection with the institution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support alumni in career and academic-related activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services and initiatives.
  • Execute alumni branding, marketing and communications (through online/offline platforms, content marketing, collateral development etc.) for new/on-going alumni initiatives.
  • Support the promotion, onboarding, and usage of the alumni app across alumni segments, while maintaining the accuracy and upkeep of the alumni database.
  • Support the development and management of university partnerships and alumni-related collaborations to enhance engagement and programme delivery.
  • ​Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
  • Engaging alumni advocates, mentors, and ambassadors to support community-building and participation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of professional experience. Proven experience and track record in client engagement, relationship management, membership development, events management, branding and marketing communications
  • Experience in one or more of the following: research, marketing, events management, stakeholder management, customer service, talent development, and business development.
  • Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) setting would be advantageous.
  • Meticulous, organised, able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to cultivate strong internal and external client/partner relations with a view to leverage towards desired business outcomes.
  • Savvy with technology, social media and database tools. Familiar with CRM systems, data analytics, digital marketing solutions.
  • Effectively bilingual both spoken and written. Proficiency in third language will be advantageous.
  • Eye for details with keen interest in writing, content development for online/offline platforms and collaterals.
  • ​Able to multi-task, work independently and in cross-disciplinary project teams.
