We are looking for a Specialist, Broking & Sales Support to join our team!

As a Specialist, Broking & Sales Support in our Real Estate division, you will provide accurate and timely processing of client documentation, ensuring data integrity, compliance with company procedures, and seamless system integration, while also supporting binder processing.

Your day as a Specialist, Broking & Sales Support

  • Processes quotations, invoices, letters, PDFs, finance contracts, endorsements, and other documentation as required.
  • Processes all documents promptly and efficiently within established timeframes, prioritizing urgent requests and minimizing delays.
  • Reviews documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Identifies and communicates errors encountered within the LEO database.
  • Ensures accurate premiums, commission structures, and invoicing are correctly transferred from the LEO system to EPIC.
  • Acts as backup binder processor and supports client binder creation.
  • Follows established procedures for all non-verbal, repetitive administrative, and processing tasks.
  • Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.D
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs by managing time effectively, delivering high-quality service, and consistently aligning actions with service expectations.

      Our Ideal Candidate

      • Insurance experience is an asset.
      • Level 1 license, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment.
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
      • Customer-focused and service-oriented.
      • Maintains a positive attitude while working independently or collaboratively.
      • Demonstrates strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
      • Excels in time management, organization, and task prioritization.
      • Displays emerging analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.

      The expected salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $55,000. Annual salary will be determined by factors including prior experience, location, business segment, and relevance of the candidate’s skills to the role.

      Office Information

      This position can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in British Columbia where BFL has an office.

      Our Vancouver office is situated in Coal Harbour, half a block from the world renowned Seawall. Our office is easily accessible for employees by car and public transit and there are bike storage lockers in our building.

      Our Langley office is located in Walnut Grove, just off Highway 1 and minutes from the Golden Ears Bridge.
