As a Specialist, you will perform front-line security operations including access control, patrols, and incident reporting. You’ll validate identification of team members and visitors to ensure a safe workplace. Your vigilance and professionalism will protect people and property.

You will:- Control access at entry points; verify IDs and manage visitor processing.
- Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV/SOC alerts; respond to incidents.
- Document events, collect statements, and preserve evidence when needed.
- Support emergency procedures (evacuation, medical response) and de-escalation.

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of access control and visitor management systems; strong situational awareness.
- Clear communication and customer service; professionalism under pressure.
- Basic incident reporting and documentation discipline.
- Willingness to work shifts/holidays as required; reliability and punctuality.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related).
- First aid/CPR, ICS/NIMS, or equivalent safety training.
